Broker Earl McElwee, who opened RE/MAX, has been an active member in the community for a number of years including serving as mayor for a few years dring the late 60's/early 70's. He is married to Margaret McElwee and together they pastor Siloam Springs Baptist Church, providing prayer service in the downtown area. Both Earl and Margaret find joy in helping others in a variety of ways and have become well respected members of the community over the years.
