Melissa Simmons has been with the office since 2003. She is married to Jake Simmons another RE/MAX agent (son of Kim McElwee). Jake has been a licensed realtor since 2005 and now manages the office on top of building a real estate career of his own. Jake and Melissa have been heavily involved in the Chamber and community, joining and participating in a number of committees, including serving on the board of directors of the Chamber of Commerce. Jake and Melissa are very proud new parents to a baby girl, Amora LuAnn Simmons, born November 14, 2011, who they are raising in their family operated office. They have said it is one of the most rewarding wonderful experience they could have ever imagined.
